Sunshine

For those of you who are not familiar with Calgary, the climate is ever changing,every five minutes in fact. It's raining and then sunny and snowing, at times all at once. Today the sun is out and it is a beautiful thing. It brings on cravings for riverside painting and deck dwelling. Spring is my very favorite season and always brings me a storm of creative energy, ideas and projects. A few of such are some long overdue paintings. I'm giving myself a strict deadline, by month's end! No wiggle room! I have 4 total to complete! It will be done. Then I'm going to continue to paint, paint, paint some more. I'd really like to participate in another art market this summer or perhaps one of the many street festivals, funds pending. I have also been thinking about printing some more postcards, of a few of my other paintings. The first ones I had printed were of " They Say She's a Puzzle". I am open to suggestions if anyone would like postcards of another.. 

This post is really just me thinking out loud, a to do list of sorts... I ramble on. I apologize. 

For now I'm off to do some writing of another kind and enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
